About Me

I trained initially as a beauty, body and electrology therapist in 1987. Then went on to study many holistic therapies including aromatherapy, reflexology, sports therapy massage etc. I had a successful holistic practice for 10 years in a small village in Cheshire. After a short break to have my children I decided to study colonic hydrotherapy which complimented the other therapies I practice.

I have been practicing from Chester Wellness Centre since 2006. The Wellness Centre is a stunning building tucked away on the outskirts of Chester city centre (very near Chester Business park). We have ample parking. The centre prides itself on a unique collection of medical and complementary services. I’m a strong believer a healthy colon is essential to a healthy body.
